traveltech Explores Luxury at Sea with Crystal Serenity

TravelTech was invited to join a hosted sailing aboard Crystal Serenity, travelling from Singapore to Penang. The journey provided our team with an opportunity to experience the ship firsthand and gain a deeper understanding of the Crystal brand.

During the sailing, our team explored the ship’s suites, dining venues, public spaces and onboard facilities, while experiencing Crystal’s personal service and approach to luxury cruising. Highlights included spacious accommodation, butler service for every suite and a selection of dining experiences, including Umi Uma by renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa.

The visit also allowed us to meet representatives from Crystal and learn more about its voyages, onboard inclusions and the details that distinguish the guest experience.

Through this firsthand experience, TravelTech is now better equipped to provide informed recommendations and help our clients select cruise journeys that best suit their individual travel preferences.
